Yamaha Corporation has teamed up with Mitsubishi Motors North America to develop premium in-car audio systems for the refreshed 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander, set for full unveiling in February 2025.
This marks Yamaha’s first North American automotive audio integration, underscoring the significance of the collaboration.

Yamaha’s audio engineers worked closely with Mitsubishi to create two bespoke sound systems tailored for the Outlander, enhancing the driving experience with meticulously crafted bass, mid, and high ranges.
This partnership builds on Yamaha’s previous integration with Mitsubishi’s XFORCE in 2023 and the debut of Yamaha-branded systems in the Japanese-market Outlander in 2024.
The new Yamaha audio systems will be featured in all 2025 Outlander models sold globally. More details on the vehicle’s upgrades will be revealed during its official North American debut in mid-February 2025.
