XPENG Motors (NYSE: XPEV and HKEX: 9868) has announced a significant strategic partnership with Neo Mobility Asia, a joint venture between Arun Plus Group and MGC-ASIA, alongside 12 dealers in Thailand. This collaboration marks a pivotal moment for XPENG’s expansion in the Thai and Southeast Asian markets.
Creating a Comprehensive EV Ecosystem in Thailand
In March, XPENG revealed its ASEAN partnership plans in Thailand. The recent contract signing ceremony in Bangkok confirmed the appointment of the first official partners in the region. These partners will begin operations in the third quarter of 2024, covering Bangkok and major provinces and cities.
To bolster this partnership network and ensure customer satisfaction, XPENG plans to establish a showroom with a service center in Thailand. This facility will provide customers with an opportunity to explore XPENG’s innovative smart electric vehicles.
