XPENG Motors’ latest electric SUV, the XPENG G6, has secured a prestigious five-star safety rating from the 2024 Euro NCAP, a benchmark for vehicle safety in Europe.
The Euro NCAP rating highlights the G6’s exceptional crash protection, smart engineering, and innovative driver assistance systems.

The G6’s advanced safety performance stems from its innovative design, including torsional stiffness of 41,600 Nm/deg, thanks to China’s first front and rear integrated die-casting technology.
This results in an 83% increase in stiffness compared to traditional ICE vehicles. Battery safety is a priority, with a three-layer anti-collision structure and seven airbags to ensure occupant safety.
XPENG G6 is equipped with XPILOT safety features, enhancing collision prevention and passenger protection. This rating follows five-star achievements for XPENG’s G9 and P7 models, reinforcing XPENG’s commitment to building safe, smart electric vehicles.
