Mitsubishi Motors North America (MMNA) is seeing a surge in interest from potential dealership partners following the launch of its Momentum 2030 business plan.
The strategy promises annual vehicle launches through 2030, significant digital investment to streamline car shopping, revamped retail designs, and expansion into new markets.

A major milestone in this plan is the addition of Walser Automotive Group, the 26th largest U.S. dealer group, as a new Mitsubishi partner. Opening in Burnsville, Minnesota, in April 2025, Walser Mitsubishi will showcase the brand’s high-value SUVs and plug-in hybrids.
MMNA President and CEO Mark Chaffin highlighted the strong industry response to the initiative, noting Walser’s commitment to customer satisfaction as a key factor in the partnership.
Walser Automotive Group, established in 1954, operates more than 35 locations and is known for its “one person, one price” buying experience. CEO Andrew Walser emphasized Mitsubishi’s alignment with the company’s values of innovation, technology, and seamless customer service.
Momentum 2030 includes plans to introduce new or refreshed models annually, nearly doubling the current lineup with a mix of combustion, hybrid, plug-in hybrid, and electric vehicles.
MMNA’s U.S. network consists of about 330 dealers, with headquarters in Franklin, Tennessee, and operations across multiple states. Those interested in joining Mitsubishi’s dealer network can visit Mitsubishi Cars Dealer Program.
