Formula 1 driver Valtteri Bottas took to the Balocco Proving Ground to test the prototype of Alfa Romeo’s highly anticipated 33 Stradale, providing crucial feedback to the development team. Known for his deep connection to Alfa Romeo, Bottas praised the supercar for its intuitive handling, powerful V6 engine, and unmistakable Alfa Romeo design and sound.
The 33 Stradale is equipped with a 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 engine delivering over 620 hp, paired with an eight-speed DCT gearbox and rear-wheel drive. It boasts a top speed of 333 km/h and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in under three seconds.

With two driving modes, Strada for comfort and Pista for high-performance thrills, the car combines ease of control with exhilarating dynamics, suitable even for non-professional drivers.
During testing, Bottas highlighted the car’s immediate responsiveness, precise steering, and minimalistic, driver-oriented interior. He also praised the active suspension system and Alfa Romeo’s advanced braking technology, which allows the 33 Stradale to decelerate from 100 km/h to 0 in under 33 meters.

The 33 Stradale, limited to just 33 units, reflects Alfa Romeo’s commitment to combining heritage with cutting-edge innovation. Bottas, a member of the exclusive “Club 33,” also tested Alfa Romeo’s Junior 280 Veloce, a 100% electric sports compact, underscoring the brand’s vision for sustainable, high-performance vehicles.
