A treasure trove of 300 classic cars found abandoned in a field are set to be auctioned.
The collection will offer vehicles from almost every era of American automotive history.
From pre-war cars, 1950s cars and even 1970s muscle cars, every item listed in the Sagaser collection is for sale.

Saloons, wagons and pickup trucks will all be available.

Not every vehicle is derelict, and most belong to Mopar – an American car parts, service and customer care division.
The cars were discovered in an otherwise empty field and had seemingly not been touched in decades.

And some of the vehicles look as though they are in great shape.
For example, a beige Dodge Dart and a black Dodge convertible are ready to be driven off the lot and enjoyed straight away.

The red Plymouth Barracuda is in decent condition but requires a little bit of love.
Most of the vehicles are covered with rust and many are missing body parts, as reported by Luxury Auto News.
Cars part of the Sagaser collection, which will be released by VanDerBrink Auctions, belonged to Paul Sagaser.

Paul, a geologist for an oil company, travelled to various states across the US.
He found old American cars while he travelled to North Dakota, Montana and Wyoming for work.
Paul would bring them home and, over the years, he ended up with a vast collection of project cars that he never got around to.

In 2018, Paul died in a motorcycle accident.
His family have now decided to put his collection up for auction.
The cars will be available on 7 June, in Epping, North Dakota, US, where they were found.
Bidders will have the opportunity to head to the site for the live auction and also to bid online.
VanDerBrink has not provided a full list of the cars that will be available, however there are plenty of images to give those interested an idea of what is up for grabs.
