Hiramine led a strong second stint for the #12 car, citing optimal tire choice and setup, though traffic and debris cost a potential podium. Baguette added that strategic fuel saving early in the race contributed to their late-race charge.
In GT300, the #56 Realize Nissan Mechanic Challenge GT-R (Hirate/Kanamaru) finished 7th, while the #360 RUNUP RIVAUX GT-R and #11 GAINER TANAX Z placed 12th and 14th, respectively. All three earned points under the updated top-15 scoring format.
Nissan now looks ahead to Round 3 in Sepang, where strong testing results suggest high potential.
