Pirelli and Ferrari have collaborated to develop new replacement tyres for four of Ferrari’s most iconic supercars: the GTO, F40, F50, and Enzo. The goal was to create tyres that preserve the cars’ original handling characteristics while incorporating modern technology.
Ferrari’s Head of Global Aftersales, Andrea Modena, emphasized the importance of finding the right tyres for limited-series cars, given their crucial role in performance and safety.

For the GTO, Pirelli introduced an updated P7 Cinturato with a wider rear tyre (265/50 R16) that maintains a period-accurate design while using modern materials.
The F40 gets a revised P Zero from Pirelli’s Collezione range, keeping the original sizes of 245/40 R17 (front) and 335/35 R17 (rear).
The F50 now uses updated P Zero Corsa System tyres, while the Enzo features advanced versions of the same tyre, retaining the original sizes but with improved compounds and tread technology for better grip and safety.
Testing at Ferrari’s Fiorano track, led by Chief Test Driver Raffaele de Simone, ensured that these new tyres offer the perfect balance of modern performance and classic driving dynamics. Ferrari’s effort guarantees that owners of these legendary models can continue to enjoy their cars with confidence, preserving their legacy on the road.
