Subaru of America, Inc. has been ranked #1 in customer satisfaction among Mass Market Brands in the J.D. Power 2025 U.S. Customer Service Index (CSI) Study.

The automaker secured top ratings across all key customer service metrics, including service initiation, advisor performance, facility quality, vehicle pick-up, and overall service experience.

Now in its 45th year, the J.D. Power CSI Study evaluates service satisfaction at franchised dealerships among owners of one- to three-year-old vehicles. The 2025 study, conducted from July to December 2024, gathered insights from 55,210 verified owners and lessees.
