Seven 2025 Honda and Acura models earn IIHS Top Safety Ratings, showcasing advanced crash protection, Honda Sensing, AcuraWatch, and a commitment to road safety.

The 2025 Honda Civic Hatchback, Accord, and HR-V have earned the prestigious TOP SAFETY PICK+ (TSP+) award from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS), while the 2025 Honda Civic Sedan and Pilot received the TOP SAFETY PICK (TSP) designation. On the Acura side, both the 2025 Acura Integra and MDX secured TSP ratings.

All awarded models achieved the top GOOD rating in the rigorous small overlap front crash test and updated side crash test, which involves 82% more crash energy than previous evaluations.
