Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has introduced the Spectre Semaphore, a bespoke, one-off commission set to debut at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering, during Monterey Car Week 2024 on August 16. This unique expression of the Spectre model reflects the evolving codes of luxury that resonate with the brand’s younger, more dynamic clientele.
The Spectre Semaphore is distinguished by its vibrant Semaphore Yellow exterior, a color inspired by the informal elegance of California’s coastal environment. The vehicle’s standout feature is its ‘Marbled Paint Spill’ bonnet, a design that took 160 hours to develop.

This intricate graphic, rendered in silver lacquer and multiple layers of clearcoat, pays homage to California’s diverse landscapes, from sunny southern shores to silvery mountain peaks.
Inside, the bold yellow theme continues, with a blend of Bespoke Lemon Yellow and Citrine Yellow adorning the seats, Starlight doors, and instrument panel. These hues are artfully balanced by contrasting Grace White and Slate Grey accents, with Lemon Yellow stitching adding a cohesive touch.
The digital instrument dials have also been customized to match the vivid yellow interior, showcasing the bespoke capabilities of Rolls-Royce’s SPIRIT operating system.
Adding to the luxurious interior, the Spectre Semaphore features a high-gloss, Cashmere Grey wood set, painted to match the grey accents and infused with silver mica flakes, which produce a subtle sparkle under direct light.
As a one-of-a-kind creation, the Spectre Semaphore embodies the bespoke craftsmanship that defines Rolls-Royce, and will be a highlight of the brand’s presence at Monterey Car Week 2024.
