Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has launched its 2025 Apprentice Programme, with applications open until 2 March 2025 for Level 6 roles and 30 March 2025 for Level 2 and 3 roles.
The programme offers practical training, nationally recognized qualifications, and career opportunities in departments across the company.

The scheme, running since 2006, is one of the UK’s most prestigious, catering to candidates aged 16 and above with varying educational backgrounds. Apprenticeships are available at multiple levels:
- Level 2 (2 years, GCSE equivalent): Roles in Vehicle Production, Industrial Sewing, and more.
- Level 3 (3–4 years, A-Level equivalent): Specializations like Vehicle Paint Engineering and Metrology.
- Level 6 (4 years, degree equivalent): Areas such as Project Management and Manufacturing Engineering.
Most apprenticeships begin in August 2025. Applications are submitted online, followed by a video interview and assessment center for shortlisted candidates.
