Revuelto Opera Unica: Sculpted by Sardinian Seascape

In addition to the standard production time of a Lamborghini Revuelto, the exterior paint effects required an extra 475 hours of specialized craftsmanship. The Opera Unica was brought to life by meticulously masking the car’s body to create a canvas for the paint: localized two-tone and three-tone paint fading was then enhanced by brush painting, reminiscent of waves hitting the cliffs. Special coating techniques personalized details like the Start/Stop button cover and the nominal plate. The interior embroidery finish alone took 85 hours to produce the new tool required for the watery stitching effect unique to this Opera Unica.
This bespoke Revuelto showcases Lamborghini Ad Personam’s specially developed paint techniques, highlighting the car’s intricate angles and lines akin to modern architecture. Three separate shades of blue are skillfully combined using brush and spatula techniques, reserved exclusively for this Opera Unica.
Inspired by Sardinia’s crystalline seas, the design features bubbles of water, waves, and deep blue watery caves. The darker and lighter shades of blue are applied across various surfaces of the Revuelto, with clean definitions between hues accentuating the car’s intriguing planes and lines. The light Blu Tawaret serves as the base color on the front panels and roof, contrasting with the brighter Blu Cepheus, which creates a fading effect on the rear panels.
Blu Okeanos adds depth with a further fading effect on the bonnet and around the front splitter, complemented by black Nera Bocca paint, a shiny carbon splitter and sill, and Shiny Black with Diamond Polished Altanero rims featuring black Carbon Ceramic Brakes. The “dragged” brush and spatula paint effect carries waves of the three blues from the front to the sides and rear, evoking the sparkling turquoise blues of light refracted over sand and stones.
The interior complements the exterior with Blu Delphinus as the main upholstery color, accented by lighter Blu Amon on seatbacks, doors, and center console trims, with contrasting white Bianco Leda stitching and piping.
The seats, door panels, tunnel, and roofline introduce a new embroidery application for Revuelto: using a specifically-developed tool, the three-tone stitching in Blu Amon, Blu Cepheus, and Bianco Leda recalls the sparkling hues of Sardinian waters. This effect is echoed on the Blu Mira carbon Opera Unica plate on the rear wall of the cabin and the Start/Stop button cover on the center console.
The Revuelto is the first V12 hybrid plug-in HPEV (High Performance Electrified Vehicle) from Lamborghini. It sets a new benchmark for performance, sportiness, and driving pleasure with its innovative architecture, aerodynamic efficiency, and new carbon frame concept.
The combined power of the new combustion engine and three electric motors delivers an output of 1015 CV, alongside a debut double-clutch gearbox for a 12-cylinder Lamborghini. This super sports car boasts acceleration from 0-100 km/h in just 2.5 seconds and a top speed exceeding 350 km/h. The introduction of electric torque vectoring and four-wheel drive, available in fully electric mode, ensures the Revuelto excels both on track and in daily driving, highlighting its exceptional dynamism and amplified qualities.
