Widespread Participation & Free Shares
Nearly 100,000 employees in 30 countries are eligible for the program. Each will receive three free Renault shares, with no investment required, as a gesture of inclusion and appreciation.

Preferential Share Purchase Offer (May 12–30, 2025)
Eligible employees across 24 countries will also have the option to purchase shares at a 30% discount, paying €31.34 instead of the reference price of €44.76 per share.

Renault adds extra value by contributing three free shares for every share purchased, effectively giving participants seven shares for the price of one—a gross benefit of €281.98 based on current valuation.

Investments are subject to local regulations and capped at 25% of an employee’s estimated gross 2025 salary.

This initiative not only incentivizes employee investment but also underscores Renault Group’s belief in its workforce as a vital part of its transformation and future growth.
