In the first half of 2024, Lexus has achieved remarkable growth in the Polish market, with premium car registration data showcasing the brand’s strong presence. From January to June, 7,068 Lexus vehicles were registered in Poland, marking a 26% increase from the previous year. This surge has earned Lexus a 10.7% share of the premium market in the country.

The brand has particularly resonated with individual customers, securing a 17.7% market share in this segment for 2024. Individual registrations reached 1,965 units, an 18% rise compared to the same period last year.

June 2024 was a standout month for Lexus, with 1,500 vehicles registered, setting a new monthly record for the brand in Poland. Among these, 451 cars were purchased by private customers, reflecting an 81% increase from June 2023. This achievement placed Lexus as the second most popular brand among individual buyers for the month. Dominating the list of the top 10 premium cars, the NX secured the top spot, while the new Lexus LBX ranked eighth.

The NX continues to drive Lexus sales, becoming the brand’s bestseller in Poland and one of the most favored premium cars in the first half of 2024. By the end of June, 2,663 NX units were registered, making it the fourth most popular premium model overall. Within the competitive D-SUV Premium segment, the NX holds third place with a 15.4% market share. In June alone, 616 units, including classic and plug-in hybrids, were sold.

The RX is another strong performer for Lexus in Poland, with the fifth generation offering three types of hybrid drives. This flagship SUV holds a significant 17.7% share in the E-SUV Premium segment. Since January, 1,668 RX units have been registered, securing second place in its class, with 262 units sold in June.

The UX model also maintains its popularity, bolstered by a new version featuring a fifth-generation hybrid engine with 199 HP, enhanced chassis, digital clocks, and advanced safety systems. In the first half of 2024, 979 UX units were registered, with 41 of those in June.

The new LBX model has quickly made its mark on the Polish market since its debut in March. In less than four months, 946 LBX units have been registered, outperforming other models in the B-SUV Premium segment. In June alone, 412 LBX units were sold, surpassing the combined sales of other models in the segment. The LBX’s success can be attributed to its modern hybrid technology, superior craftsmanship, and extensive personalization options.
