Porsche is once again making its mark at Gamescom, the world’s largest gaming event, with an estimated 300,000 visitors set to attend. This year, the iconic sports car manufacturer returns with a dedicated stand in Hall 9.1, offering an immersive experience centered around the popular game Overwatch 2®.
This marks the second collaboration between Porsche and Blizzard Entertainment®, following their initial partnership in spring 2024. During Gamescom, players of Overwatch 2® can access a special Porsche digital package, allowing them to outfit characters D.Va and Pharah with Porsche-inspired skins.

Deniz Keskin, Head of Brand Management & Partnerships at Porsche AG, hailed the collaboration as a global success. “At Gamescom, we’ve created a special multi-sensory experience of the game with a Porsche touch for the community to enjoy,” Keskin stated.
The exhibition stand, designed to evoke the South Korean coastal city of Busan—home to the character D.Va—features interactive elements such as a karaoke area and gaming zones. Highlights include a ‘Beat the Streamer’ contest with popular content creator Bogur and an Easter egg hunt featuring elements from the game.
Dion Rogers, Art Director of Overwatch 2®, expressed excitement about the event, particularly the life-sized D.Va mech statue that will be showcased at the Porsche stand. “Combining the style of Porsche with the world of Overwatch has been a fantastic experience,” Rogers said.
The stand will also host appearances by renowned cosplayers Alyson Tabbitha and Stellar Cosplay, dressed as Porsche-themed versions of D.Va and Pharah. These characters incorporate design elements from Porsche’s electric vehicles, with D.Va’s mech inspired by the Macan and Pharah’s outfit reflecting the Taycan.
In addition to the in-game content, Porsche will display a Macan show car styled with a unique Overwatch® design, featuring decals chosen by the community. Visitors can also admire the D.Va mech statue, previously unveiled at South by Southwest®.
Overwatch 2®, available on multiple platforms, continues to captivate players with its dynamic gameplay and diverse hero roster. Porsche’s collaboration with Blizzard Entertainment® at Gamescom 2024 underscores the growing synergy between the automotive and gaming worlds.
