A wealthy resident has sparked outrage by reserving three garage slots with his children’s toy cars.
The man, identified only as Mr Zhao, acquired the parking spaces when he first moved in several years ago and agreed to pay extra for them.
He wanted them for when his children passed their driving tests in the future.

As time passed and other families moved into the apartment block, the garage had an insufficient number of spaces and residents started parking in Mr Zhao’s Locations.
To solve the problem, the businessman cheekily placed his children’s toy cars in the garage.
However, neighbours thought the homeowner was being “selfish” and filed a complaint with the management company in Zhejiang Province, China.
In response, Mr. Zhao pointed out that he paid for the spaces and had the right to park whatever vehicles he likes on them.
The management company tried to negotiate with the homeowner, but he stood his ground.
They finally took matters into their own hands and ordered security guards to smash up the three toy cars and throw them away.
It turned out that the toys were all limited editions.
As a result, the owner took the company to court for compensation and won.
The management company was forced to pay damages of £6,420, as reported by Luxury Auto News.
The court also ruled that the spaces rightly belong to the claimant and advised the management company to increase the number of spaces in the garage to meet the demand.
