Inside, the Zafira Electric offers a spacious and comfortable environment. The vehicle also supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, as well as inductive smartphone charging.
Performance and Efficiency
The Zafira Electric is powered by a 100 kW (136 hp) electric motor with a maximum torque of 260 Nm, allowing for quick acceleration and a top speed of 130 km/h. The Zafira Electric also features a regenerative braking system with three recuperation levels, enhancing energy efficiency.
Charging the Zafira Electric is convenient and quick. Using the standard 11 kW onboard charger, the vehicle can be charged with alternating current (AC). At a 100 kW DC fast charging station, the 50 kWh battery can be charged to 80% in around 38 minutes, while the 75 kWh battery takes about 45 minutes.

Additional safety features include Intelli-Grip with hill descent assist, full-LED headlights, and various sensors for easier maneuvering and enhanced traction on difficult surfaces like snow, mud, or sand.
Practicality and Versatility
The new Zafira Electric’s design makes it suitable for a variety of uses. In the 9-seat configuration, it offers a loading volume of up to 1,500 litres, while the 5-seat configuration provides up to 3,000 litres of luggage space. With only 2 or 3 passengers, the vehicle can carry up to 4,900 litres of cargo.
