Nissan has unveiled the updated Note Aura NISMO in Japan, introducing a 4WD variant, improved styling, and enhanced functionality. The Aura NISMO, derived from the premium compact Aura, features Nissan’s exclusive e-POWER drivetrain, promising a superior driving experience influenced by NISMO’s racing expertise.
Performance and Features
The standout addition is the NISMO tuned e-POWER 4WD, boasting a refined electric 4WD system. This variant offers a 10kW power increase and an extra 50Nm of torque over the standard Aura 4WD. It ensures better cornering and superior control on wet or snowy roads, enhanced by specialized tuning for front and rear drive distribution. Unique lightweight 17-inch aluminum wheels further optimize performance by reducing air pressure in the wheel wells and generating downforce.

Aerodynamic and Design Enhancements
The Aura NISMO’s exterior has been redesigned for improved aerodynamics. The front grille features a new flush design, balancing cooling and air resistance reduction. A new rear bumper with air splitters and a layered diffuser improves airflow, reducing resistance and enhancing stability. The model is available in seven colors, including a two-tone scheme with NISMO Stealth Gray, the signature color for NISMO models.
Upgraded Functionality
The updated Aura NISMO includes electronically adjustable driver’s seats, with NISMO-optimized Recaro sports seats available for a sportier experience. Additionally, a Bose Personal Plus sound system is now offered as an optional feature.
Pricing
The Note Aura NISMO is priced at ¥3,072,300 for the 2WD version and ¥3,473,800 for the NISMO tuned e-POWER 4WD variant, including consumption tax.
This latest update reaffirms Nissan’s commitment to delivering innovative and performance-driven vehicles in the Japanese market.
