NIO Inc. wrapped up April 2025 with a notable surge in vehicle deliveries, handing over a total of 23,900 units for the month—a year-over-year leap of 53%. This upswing was fueled by robust performance across its multi-brand strategy, which now includes three distinct lines of electric vehicles.
The company’s flagship premium EV brand, NIO, accounted for the majority with 19,269 vehicles delivered. Meanwhile, ONVO, the brand tailored to families, contributed 4,400 units to the monthly total.

Adding a fresh layer to NIO’s diversified portfolio, the company kicked off initial deliveries for its newest brand, firefly, in the final days of April.
This new offering targets the compact high-end EV segment and marks a strategic expansion into more accessible luxury electric mobility. Although firefly deliveries just began, they’ve already started factoring into the monthly numbers, signaling NIO’s intent to widen its reach.
As of the end of April 2025, NIO’s cumulative vehicle deliveries have climbed to 737,558, underscoring the company’s continued momentum and ambition in the evolving electric vehicle landscape.
