As part of this partnership, CATL is investing up to RMB 2.5 billion in NIO Power, reinforcing their shared vision of a more efficient battery-swapping ecosystem.

The agreement, signed by executives from both companies, aims to create the world’s most advanced swapping network, integrating CATL’s Choco-Swap technology with NIO’s extensive Power Swap infrastructure.
