Nikola Corporation (Nasdaq: NKLA), a prominent player in zero-emissions transportation, has exceeded its second-quarter sales guidance for 2024, delivering 72 Class 8 hydrogen fuel cell trucks across North America. This figure surpasses the company’s upper sales estimate of 60 units.

In the first half of 2024, Nikola successfully wholesaled 112 hydrogen fuel cell trucks, marking significant progress in its sales momentum. CEO Steve Girsky highlighted the achievement, noting new customers such as Walmart Canada and repeat buyers like 4GEN and IMC. Girsky emphasized Nikola’s strategic advantage in the zero-emissions Class 8 truck market and its HYLA hydrogen refueling solutions.

Nikola’s trucks are manufactured in Coolidge, Arizona, where the company continues to build its presence in the sustainable transportation sector.
