In Q3 2024, Nikola Corporation (Nasdaq: NKLA), a global leader in zero-emissions transportation through its HYLA brand, achieved a milestone by wholesaling 88 Class 8 hydrogen fuel cell trucks.
This performance aligns with the company’s truck sales guidance of 80 to 100 units for the quarter. Across the first three quarters of 2024, Nikola wholesaled 200 hydrogen fuel cell trucks, with a total of 235 sold since their launch in late 2023.

“This is a record sales quarter for Nikola,” said CEO Steve Girsky, noting the addition of the company’s first U.S. dealer-based HYLA modular refueling station. “Despite market challenges, Nikola remains focused on pioneering solutions for a zero-emission future, one truck at a time.”
Nikola assembles all its trucks in Coolidge, Arizona, as part of its mission to lead the way in zero-emissions transportation.
Through its Class 8 battery-electric and hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicles, and its energy brand HYLA, the company is driving the development of a full hydrogen refueling ecosystem, including supply, distribution, and dispensing.
