Mitsubishi Motors North America (MMNA) celebrates five years in Tennessee, marking a milestone in its U.S. journey since its operations began in 1982.

Relocating from Cypress, California, in 2019, MMNA’s move to Franklin has fostered economic growth, creating 180 jobs and supporting over 8,000 jobs through its 330 dealership partners across the country.

Since establishing headquarters in the Cool Springs area, MMNA has launched innovative vehicles, achieved record sales, and deepened community involvement.

President and CEO Mark Chaffin highlighted MMNA’s commitment to growth and community impact, reinforced by the “Momentum 2030” business plan. This initiative promises expanded vehicle offerings, technological advancements, and job creation, with new or refreshed models debuting annually through 2030.
