Mercedes-AMG is finalizing the PureSpeed, a limited-edition sports car with no roof or windscreen, now in the testing phase across Italy.

Mercedes-AMG is in the final development phase of the PureSpeed sports car, a highly exclusive model that debuted as a concept in Monaco in May 2024.

Prototypes are currently undergoing rigorous testing across northern Italy and the high-speed track in Nardò, covering over 3,000 kilometers.

This open two-seater, with no roof or windscreen, pays homage to racing and is part of the new ultra-limited Mercedes-Benz Mythos series.

Key features include the HALO system, derived from motorsport, which replaces the conventional A-pillar with a protective, aerodynamically optimized bar.

Additionally, specially designed helmets enhance both safety and aerodynamics. The PureSpeed’s production is capped at just 250 units, targeting a select group of enthusiasts and collectors, blending iconic racing aesthetics with high-performance driving.
