Bentley Motors and Dezer Development have unveiled details of the exclusive amenities at Bentley Residences, the world’s first and only Bentley-branded residential tower.
Spanning 20,000 square feet over three floors, the development in Sunny Isles Beach, Miami, will offer five-star hospitality and an array of luxury features, including a Bentley-designed pet spa and a beauty salon with sweeping ocean views. The project is set for completion in early 2028.

The 62-story beachfront tower will redefine resort-style living, with each residence featuring a private heated pool, summer kitchen, and spacious outdoor areas. A unique Dezervator lift will allow residents to drive directly into their apartments for the ultimate in privacy.
Among the standout amenities is a fine dining experience curated by award-winning chef Todd English, a whisky bar, cigar lounge, private cinema, and a fitness center with an ocean-view yoga terrace. The lush beach club will feature cabanas with full food and beverage service.
Bentley’s design expertise is evident throughout, from the signature diamond motif in the pet spa to the luxury cinema inspired by Bentley interiors. The whisky bar, designed to appear weightless, takes cues from Bentley’s iconic matrix grille.
Dezer Development President Gil Dezer called the project a “new benchmark” for Miami luxury living, offering a fully customizable lifestyle. Pricing starts at $5.8 million, with more details available at bentleyresidencesmiami.com.
