Lexus has once again solidified its reputation for exceptional reliability and quality, earning top honors in the Auto Trader New Car Awards. This prestigious British automotive event, which bases its results on the feedback of over 200,000 car owners, recognized Lexus in two key categories: “Most Reliable Brand” and “Hybrid of the Year”. The awards were presented during a gala event in London.

Chris Hayes, the director of Lexus UK, emphasized the significance of these accolades, stating, “These awards are highly valuable as they reflect our customers’ opinions. Positive reviews are the best reward for everyone striving to make owning a Lexus an amazing experience.”

Lexus’s consistent performance in the “Most Reliable Brand” category is noteworthy, having secured this title for the sixth time in the past seven years. This achievement underscores the brand’s commitment to producing dependable vehicles. Erin Baker, the editorial director of Auto Trader magazine, highlighted that “quality, reliability, and comfort” are the most commonly cited attributes by respondents. One driver specifically praised Lexus as a leading car manufacturer, noting the completeness of its vehicles, a sentiment echoed by many Lexus owners.

Backing its confidence in vehicle quality, Lexus offers an extensive range of warranty programs. Every model comes with a three-year factory warranty covering up to 100,000 km.

Additionally, hybrid and plug-in hybrid models include a five-year warranty on hybrid components and batteries, extendable up to ten years with annual hybrid battery tests at Lexus dealerships. Beyond the basic warranty, the Lexus Relax program provides an extra year or 15,000 km of coverage after inspection at an authorized service center, applicable to cars up to ten years old with less than 185,000 km.

The Lexus NX 350 h also garnered accolades, being named the “Hybrid of the Year”. Erin Baker noted, “Lexus has built its reputation on hybrid cars, and the NX 350 h exemplifies their achievement of perfection in this area.”

The NX 350 h is available in both front-wheel drive and the intelligent E-FOUR all-wheel drive configurations. It boasts 243 horsepower, a 55-liter fuel tank, and can reach speeds up to 125 km/h in electric mode. The vehicle accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.7 seconds with the E-FOUR drive (8.7 seconds for the FWD version) and has an average fuel consumption of 5.7 liters per 100 km. In Poland, the NX 350 h is available in six different equipment versions.
