NIO Inc. delivered 13,192 vehicles in February 2025, marking a 62.2% year-over-year increase. This included 9,143 vehicles under the NIO brand, up 12.4%, and 4,094 from the ONVO brand. The company has now delivered a total of 698,619 vehicles, with NIO contributing 667,897 and ONVO 30,722.
In infrastructure expansion, NIO opened one NIO House in February, along with 36 Power Swap Stations and 24 charging stations.

By February 28, the company had 181 NIO Houses, 3,201 Power Swap Stations—including 970 on China’s expressways—4,395 charging stations, and 25,599 chargers. NIO also integrated with over 2.63 million third-party chargers and has provided more than 67 million power swaps globally.

On February 26, NIO launched its first Power Swap Station in the UAE, located in Abu Dhabi, following the opening of NIO House Abu Dhabi last November. Additionally, NIO Power expanded its services by signing an agreement with Great Wall Motor on February 14 to open its charging network to GWM’s HAVAL, WEY, ORA, and TANK brands.

NIO also announced the mass production of its proprietary self-hardening aluminum alloy for high-pressure die casting, which is now used in the NIO ET9 and ONVO L60.
During the Chinese New Year, NIO facilitated 1,716,746 battery swaps in China, a 44% year-over-year increase. Daily swaps exceeded 100,000 for 12 consecutive days, saving users over 1.63 million hours, with 83.2% of highway power replenishment coming from battery swaps.
