Lamborghini celebrated the Asia Pacific Premiere of the Temerario, its latest plug-in hybrid High Performance Electrified Vehicle (HPEV), with a spectacular Lamborghini Day Japan event in Tokyo.
The day featured a thrilling parade of 130 Lamborghinis cruising through the city’s iconic neighborhoods before culminating at the National Stadium, the centerpiece of Tokyo’s 2020 Olympic Games.
Over 700 guests, including Lamborghini owners, media, and fans from Japan, Asia Pacific, and Europe, gathered to witness the unveiling of the groundbreaking Temerario.

A Milestone in Electrification
The Temerario, Lamborghini’s second HPEV after the Revuelto, completes the brand’s fully hybridized lineup under the Direzione Cor Tauri strategy.
Combining an all-new V8 twin-turbo engine with three electric motors, the Temerario delivers a staggering 920 CV, achieving 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 2.7 seconds and a top speed exceeding 340 km/h (210 mph). Designed and developed at Lamborghini’s headquarters in Sant’Agata Bolognese, it redefines supercar performance with cutting-edge hybrid technology.

- Parade of 130 Lamborghinis: The event kicked off at the Tokyo Prince Hotel, where Lamborghini Chairman and CEO Stephan Winkelmann flagged off the convoy. Cars passed through Roppongi, Omotesando, and Harajuku before reaching the National Stadium.
- Historical Display: Iconic models such as the 400GT, Espada, Urraco, and Jalpa, alongside 30 classic cars, were showcased. Modern stars like the Revuelto, Huracán Sterrato, Huracán Tecnica, and Aventador LP 780-4 Ultimae added to the spectacle.
- Exclusive Unveiling: Stephan Winkelmann, Design Director Mitja Borkert, and Product Line Director Paolo Racchetti unveiled the Temerario, emphasizing its fusion of technical and stylistic excellence.
- Ad Personam Customization: Guests explored Lamborghini’s personalization program, crafting bespoke vehicles with endless options for interiors, exteriors, and special finishes.
