Kia America is set to impress attendees at this week’s Electrify Expo in Long Beach, California, running from May 31 to June 2 at the Long Beach Convention Center. The event will highlight Kia’s extensive range of electrified utility vehicles, underscoring the company’s commitment to sustainable mobility.
Among the vehicles on display is the flagship EV9, a three-row electric SUV that recently won dual honors at the 2024 World Car Awards, being named both World Car of the Year and World Electric Vehicle. The EV9 will be joined by a variety of Kia’s hybrid and all-electric models, including the all-electric Niro CUV, the high-performance 576-horsepower EV6 GT, and plug-in hybrid versions of the popular Sportage and Sorento SUVs. Additionally, the all-new Carnival hybrid, which made its North American debut last month, will be featured.

The expo will also feature discussions on key topics such as legislation affecting the EV industry, range and charging anxiety, battery materials and sustainability, charging infrastructure, and the future of autonomous driving applications.
