Kia has released pricing details for the 2025 Carnival, featuring a bold new design, advanced technology, and an optional turbo-hybrid powertrain. The versatile multi-purpose vehicle starts at $36,500 for the base LX trim, excluding a $1,395 destination fee.

The 2025 Carnival showcases a revamped exterior with a grand sculptural grille, cube-like headlights, and Kia’s Star Map lighting in the front and rear. The interior includes a standard dashboard panel with a 4.2-inch TFT and a 12.3-inch screen, supporting wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Higher trims offer a digital instrumentation upgrade with dual 12.3-inch displays on a curved panoramic panel.

Convenience features abound, with six USB-C ports throughout the cabin, dual power sliding doors, and “Slide-Flex” seating for eight passengers. Higher trims add amenities such as an in-cabin camera, intercom, and Quiet Mode. The vehicle also features a voice recognition system for various commands and optional driver aids like an 11-inch Head-Up Display and Digital Key 2.0.
The Carnival’s Connected Car Navigation Cockpit (ccNC) operating system supports over-the-air updates, while an optional Rear Entertainment System with dual 14.6-inch monitors offers HD streaming capabilities.
Performance-wise, the traditional Carnival comes with a 3.5-liter V6 engine delivering 287 horsepower and 260 lb.-ft. of torque, paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. The new Carnival Hybrid features a 1.6-liter turbo-hybrid engine with a combined output of 242 horsepower and 271 lb.-ft. of torque, along with features like Active Air Flaps and regenerative braking.
The Carnival’s Advanced Driver Assistance Systems include standard Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist and, on SX models and above, Junction Crossing and Lane-change functionalities. Higher trims also get Highway Driving Assist 2, which helps maintain distance from other vehicles and assists in lane changes.
