On October 1, 2024, Li Auto reported its delivery figures for September, revealing a total of 53,709 vehicles delivered during the month, marking a 48.9% increase compared to the previous year.
For the third quarter of 2024, Li Auto delivered 152,831 vehicles, up 45.4% year-on-year. By the end of September 2024, the company had delivered 341,812 vehicles in total for the year, bringing its cumulative delivery volume to 975,176 vehicles.

Li Xiang, Chairman and CEO of Li Auto, highlighted the brand’s strong performance as new energy vehicle (NEV) adoption continues to grow. He noted that since the third quarter, the top three brands in the NEV market above 200,000 yuan now command a 50% market share, with Li Auto leading Chinese brands at over 17%.
September deliveries hit a record high, with Li Auto surpassing luxury brands like Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and Audi in sales for the first time during a single week.
Looking ahead to October, Li Auto expects to reach the milestone of delivering its one millionth vehicle, a significant achievement for China’s NEV industry. Li Xiang emphasized that this milestone signifies not just volume, but also the advancement of intelligent driving technologies, with Li Auto’s new autonomous driving architecture and VLM system undergoing group testing for 10,000 users.
He expressed gratitude for the support from users, employees, and partners over the past nine years, reaffirming the company’s commitment to enhancing user value and improving family-oriented experiences.
As of September 30, 2024, Li Auto had 479 retail centers across 145 cities in China, supported by 436 after-sales and authorized repair centers in 221 cities. The company has also rolled out 894 Ideal Supercharging Stations nationwide, with a total of 4,286 charging piles in operation.
