Hyundai’s MyHyundai with Bluelink app ranks No. 1 in J.D. Power’s 2024 U.S. OEM ICE App Report, excelling in user experience, reliability, and customer-focused innovations.

For the second consecutive year, Hyundai’s MyHyundai with Bluelink app has secured the top spot in J.D. Power’s 2024 U.S. OEM ICE App Report.

The app scored 895 points, significantly outperforming the study’s average of 742 and surpassing its own 2023 score by 92 points.

The app’s success is credited to its enhanced speed, accuracy, reliability of remote commands, and customer-driven UX/UI improvements. The J.D. Power report evaluates ICE vehicle owners’ experiences with automaker-branded apps based on over 270 best practices and insights from more than 1,900 surveyed owners.
