Hyundai has revealed the 2025 IONIQ 5 lineup, introducing a rugged new XRT variant designed for off-road adventures.
The refreshed model, which offers improved range, enhanced features, and a bolder design, will be the first IONIQ 5 manufactured at Hyundai’s new Metaplant in Georgia. The 2025 models, including the XRT, are set to arrive at dealerships this fall.

The IONIQ 5 XRT adds dual motors, increased ground clearance, all-terrain tires, and a distinctive camo-clad exterior, giving it heightened off-road capability.
Inside, the XRT offers exclusive H-Tex™ seating surfaces, unique badging, and a black headliner, creating a more immersive driving experience.

Notably, the 2025 IONIQ 5 introduces a Tesla-compatible NACS charging port, offering access to Tesla’s Supercharger network, alongside enhanced safety features and a redesigned infotainment system.


Hyundai’s electric models, produced in the U.S., are expected to qualify for tax credits, further increasing their appeal.
