Hyundai Motor America reported a record-breaking October with 71,802 total units sold, marking an 18% increase over October 2023. Several models set new sales records, including Elantra N (+373%), Santa Fe HEV (+136%), Tucson (+5%), Tucson HEV (+140%), IONIQ 5 (+51%), and Palisade (+27%).

Hyundai’s hybrid vehicle sales surged 91%, with Tucson HEV achieving its best-ever month for total and retail sales. Retail sales in October 2024 reached an all-time high, climbing 15%.

Hyundai’s electrified lineup led by the Santa Fe HEV, Tucson HEV, and IONIQ 5 reflects growing demand for EVs, according to Randy Parker, CEO of Hyundai Motor America, who praised the brand’s commitment to sustainability and cutting-edge design.
