Mark your calendars: Hyundai is set to unveil the IONIQ 9, its flagship all-electric, three-row SUV, on Thursday, November 21, at 9:10 a.m. PT (12:10 p.m. ET). The global debut will be livestreamed during Hyundai’s news conference at AutoMobility LA, part of the Los Angeles Auto Show at the Los Angeles Convention Center. The event will also feature the introduction of Hyundai’s new INITIUM hydrogen fuel cell concept vehicle.
The IONIQ 9 combines upscale design with adventure-ready functionality, offering a spacious interior, advanced aerodynamics, impressive range, and the signature digital pixel lighting of the IONIQ lineup.

Hyundai executives, including José Muñoz, Olabisi Boyle, and Simon Loasby, will share insights about the new model during the conference. According to Loasby, the IONIQ 9 features a sculptural form with integrated Parametric Pixels and a serene, lounge-like interior designed for comfort and relaxation.
In addition, the INITIUM hydrogen fuel cell concept will be displayed in a dramatic desert-inspired setting, showcasing Hyundai’s continued innovation in sustainable mobility.
