Irvine, California, June 25, 2024—Honda has announced competitive lease options for the all-new 2025 Honda CR-V e, the first production plug-in hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicle made in America. The CR-V e, a zero-emissions compact CUV, will be available to California customers starting July 9.

Lease Options

Customers can choose from three leasing plans:

  • 3 years/36,000 miles for $459 per month with $2,959 due at signing and $15,000 in hydrogen fuel credits.
  • 6 years/72,000 miles for $389 per month with $2,889 due at signing and $30,000 in hydrogen fuel credits.
  • 2 years/60,000 miles for $489 per month with $2,989 due at signing and $25,000 in hydrogen fuel credits.

  • Electric Motor: 174 hp and 229 lb.-ft. of torque.
  • Battery: 17.7 kWh capacity.
  • Fuel Economy: 61 MPGe city, 52 MPGe highway, and 57 MPGe combined.
  • Range: 270 miles driving range and 29 miles EV range.
  • Fuel: Compressed hydrogen gas with a 10,000 psi fuel tank capacity of 4.3 kg.
  • Dimensions: 106.3-inch wheelbase, 187.6 inches in length, 66.6 inches in height, and 73.4 inches in width.

The CR-V eis produced at Honda’s Performance Manufacturing Center in Marysville, Ohio, utilizing the second-generation Honda Fuel Cell Module co-developed with General Motors. This advanced system offers improved durability, efficiency, and reduced costs. The vehicle’s sophisticated chassis system includes two-chamber air springs, dual-valve dampers, and a suite of driver assistance and infotainment technologies.
