Honda has announced the return of two popular four-wheel powersports products, the newly renamed Rubicon 4X4 Automatic ATV and the ever-reliable Pioneer 520 side-by-side, both featuring exciting updates and new styling cues.
2024 Honda Rubicon 4X4 Automatic Formerly known as the Rincon, the Rubicon 4X4 Automatic is Honda’s largest-displacement ATV, designed to provide both strong performance and a plush ride.
The 2024 model comes with several updates, including new bodywork, graphics, an enhanced LCD meter, and new wheels. The ATV is powered by the same engine found in Honda’s Pioneer 700 side-by-side and features a durable beltless transmission.
With long-travel independent rear suspension, it is suitable for both recreational activities like trail riding and utilitarian tasks such as farm chores. The Rubicon 4X4 Automatic is available in two colors: Avenger Red and Matte Silver Metallic, with MSRPs of $9,999 and $10,399, respectively. It will be available starting in July.
2025 Pioneer 520 The Pioneer 520 side-by-side continues to be a nimble and user-friendly utility vehicle, now offered in three new colors, including TrueTimber Atera Camo®, thanks to a partnership with the popular camouflage brand.
Compact enough to fit in the bed of most full-size pickup trucks, the Pioneer 520 is powered by a 518cc engine, making it capable of handling challenging terrain. It features independent front and rear suspension for a comfortable ride and a dump bed that can carry up to 450 pounds, which can be augmented with Honda Pro-Connect™ accessories.
The new colors for the Pioneer 520 are TrueTimber Atera Camo, Hero Red, and Slate Gray, with MSRPs of $10,499 for Hero Red and Slate Gray, and $11,099 for TrueTimber Atera Camo. The vehicle will also be available starting in July.
Honda’s commitment to versatile and high-performing ATVs and side-by-sides is evident in these updated models, catering to both veteran riders and those seeking a durable and fun rec/utility vehicle.
