Bugatti and Jascha Straub, the brand’s Manager for Sur Mesure and Individualisation, have collaborated with Hedley Studios to create a one-of-a-kind Bugatti Baby II, blending heritage, artistry, and meticulous craftsmanship.
This exceptional model is finished in Nocturne black and Giallo Midas yellow—a color scheme cherished by Ettore Bugatti himself and famously featured on the Type 57 Grand Raid Usine. Inside, the cabin is elegantly appointed with black leather from Bridge of Weir, reinforcing Bugatti’s tradition of refined luxury.

Straub’s design pays tribute not only to Ettore Bugatti’s automotive legacy but also to his lesser-known passion for horses, inspired by the Pur Sang purebreds that roamed the grounds of Molsheim.

His intricate, hand-drawn sketches—featuring Ettore and Jean Bugatti, the Château Saint Jean, legendary Bugatti race cars, and thoroughbred horses—are etched directly onto the Baby Bugatti II’s body panels, finished with a fine clear-coat to preserve them as timeless works of art.

This creation follows the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport ‘Golden Era’ commission and represents a continued exploration of Bugatti’s history through artistic expression.

Ben Hedley, Founder & CEO of Hedley Studios, praised the collaboration, highlighting Straub’s encyclopedic knowledge and artistic mastery.

Straub himself described the process as an immersive journey through Bugatti’s heritage, culminating in a unique collector’s piece that celebrates the brand’s unparalleled legacy.
