The NACS DC adapters, priced at $225 USD, can be purchased through GM’s vehicle brand apps. These apps also allow users to locate Tesla Superchargers, check availability, start charging sessions, and make payments seamlessly. The adapters will be available first in the U.S. and later in Canada by the end of the year.

Wade Sheffer, vice president of GM Energy, emphasized that expanding access to public chargers is a key part of GM’s commitment to an all-electric future.

GM will partner with multiple suppliers to produce the adapters, ensuring compatibility with Tesla chargers across North America.
