Ford has introduced a significant power boost for the 3.0-liter EcoBoost® engines in its Ranger Raptor and Bronco Raptor models through a new software calibration from Ford Performance Parts. The upgrade increases torque and horsepower, enhancing the driving experience for these high-performance vehicles.
The Ranger Raptor now delivers 536 lb.-ft. of torque, up from 430, and its horsepower rises from 405 to 455. Similarly, the Bronco Raptor sees its torque increase from 440 to 536 lb.-ft., with horsepower climbing from 418 to 455.

These improvements are available for the 2024 Ranger Raptor and 2022-2024 Bronco Raptors, providing drivers with enhanced throttle response and an optimized shift schedule. The upgrade is priced at $825 and can be purchased with Ford Pass Rewards points.
Attendees of the upcoming Raptor Rally on September 21, near the Ford Performance Racing School in Fairfield, Utah, will receive a 20% discount on this calibration and other eligible accessories. The rally, costing $500, offers a full day of off-road driving experiences, expert workshops, and exclusive giveaways.
The software calibration can be purchased online and installed at local dealerships, and it is backed by Ford’s three-year, 36,000-mile Ford Performance parts warranty, meeting the company’s durability standards.
