The study, based on feedback from original owners of 2022 model-year vehicles after three years of ownership, highlights Ford’s ongoing efforts to enhance quality and reliability.

Josh Halliburton, Ford’s executive director of quality, emphasized the company’s commitment to tougher testing and rigorous monitoring to ensure vehicles leave the factory in peak condition, aiming for improved long-term ownership experiences.

Ford’s progress follows strong results in the 2024 J.D. Power U.S. Initial Quality Study, where the Bronco Sport ranked highest in initial quality among small SUVs.
