Ferrari has once again solidified its status as a global design icon, with the Ferrari 12Cilindri and 12Cilindri Spider earning one of only 75 coveted Gold Awards at the prestigious 2025 iF Design Awards in Berlin.
These mid-front-engined V12 masterpieces were lauded by the international jury for their striking design language, specifically the “ingenious use of graphic elements that wrap the 3D surfaces” and their “form that is both exciting and reassuring.”
The recognition didn’t stop there. Ferrari’s F80 model also claimed an iF Design Award, further highlighting the brand’s unrelenting commitment to bold, forward-thinking design that blends innovation with elegance.

These accolades are a direct reflection of the work being done at the Ferrari Design Centre, led by Flavio Manzoni, where every curve, line, and surface is meticulously crafted to uphold Ferrari’s tradition of performance-driven beauty.
The iF Design Awards, established in 1953 by iF International Forum Design GmbH, are among the most respected in the global design community. With over 10,500 submissions from nearly 70 countries, competition is fierce.

Ferrari’s standout showing underscores not only the aesthetic appeal of its newest V12 creations but also their technological and aerodynamic sophistication—cars that pay homage to the elegance of 1950s and ‘60s Ferraris while pushing boldly into the future.
As the judges succinctly put it: “Ferraris have always represented the maximum expression of the automobile, and the 12Cilindri is no exception.” Once again, the Prancing Horse proves that when it comes to the intersection of art, engineering, and emotion, it runs in a league of its own.
