Fanatec has released a new sim racing steering wheel designed in collaboration with Bentley Motorsport, modeled after the wheel used in Bentley’s Continental GT3 Pikes Peak car.
Named the Fanatec Bentley GT3 Podium Steering Wheel, it was developed both for the iconic hill climb race and high-end sim racing. The wheel’s advanced features include a 3.4-inch self-levelling touchscreen for telemetry, powered by a quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 processor, allowing smooth video playback and data display.

With a magnesium core and carbon fiber accents, the wheel offers a luxurious yet durable build, accented by Bentley’s signature knurled controls.
The wheel incorporates ergonomic design elements, with magnetic paddles, backlit buttons, and an optional “Pikes Peak Grip” lower attachment for additional control on sharp turns. Its multifunctional display transforms it into a display piece when mounted on a desk or wall, showing track mode telemetry or clock functions inspired by Bentley’s road car timepieces.
Bentley’s Continental GT3 Pikes Peak car, powered by a custom 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8, was extensively modified for the 99th Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. The car’s 750+ bhp engine, enhanced aerodynamics, and cooling system upgrades were all engineered for optimal performance on the challenging course.
This collaboration with Fanatec brings the same high standards of Bentley’s racing technology into sim racing setups, merging performance and luxury in one exclusive product.
Belma Nadarevic, Fanatec’s CMO, stated, “This product embodies the passion and expertise of our collaboration with Bentley, delivering a unique blend of real-world racing performance and sim racing luxury.”
