The next leg of the journey took the group through picturesque lakes and mountains to Oppdal, Norway’s largest ski area. After a coffee break, they lunched at Phillipshaugen Lodge at the foot of the Oksendal mountains. The route then challenged the SUVs with winding tarmac roads and rugged stony tracks, leading to Angvik. This charming village on the shores of a crystal-clear fjord, famed for its salmon, was the next stop before heading to the Håholmen hotel on the iconic Atlantic Road. Guests were transported to Håholmen island by powerboat, staying overnight in historical buildings dating back to the 1700s, preserving a piece of Norway’s coastal heritage.
From Angvik, the convoy took guests on a breathtaking RIB powerboat experience along the Norwegian coastline. Returning to their SUVs, they drove towards the majestic mountains of Eggen, enjoying panoramic views of lakes and mountains. Lunch was served in an observatory overlooking the valley, providing a spectacular backdrop. The journey continued with a mix of tarmac and challenging off-road tracks, showcasing the Urus S’s versatility and comfort. The day concluded at Hotel Brosundet in Ålesund, a modern conversion of a historic warehouse in the fishpacking district, where guests dined at the elegant Sjobua seafood restaurant.
The final leg of the Esperienza Avventura led the convoy to the Storfjord Hotel, a traditional timber-style luxury retreat perched in the hills above Ålesund. Here, guests bid farewell to the awe-inspiring scenery of Norway’s ‘Golden Route’.
The Lamborghini Esperienza Avventura Norway, with the Urus S Super SUV, left an indelible mark on the guests. They departed with cherished memories of genuine Norwegian hospitality, extraordinary culinary delights, and exhilarating drives through some of the world’s most spectacular landscapes.
