Cops are using a seized, soup-ed VW Golf as a police car to stop boy-racers.
The sporty hatchback has a 2.0 litre, 295 bhp engine.
It was commandeered by police in a drug swoop.
Officers have now made it look like a marked police car in Dublin, Ireland, as reported by Luxury Auto News.

A Garda spokesperson said: “Take a look at one of the newest vehicles in our Garda Roads Policing Fleet.
“We seized this Volkswagen Golf 2.0litre, 295 bhp, 4wd car during an operation along with large quantities of illegal drugs and cash that was the proceeds of crime.”
They added: “We’ve decided to put the car to much better use.
“And have spruced it up to help support our work in educating car enthusiasts about road safety.
Local, Vincent Ward said: “This is a terrific example of putting seized assets towards a greater good.”
Fred Coloe added: “Lovely. Great idea to repurpose confiscated vehicles.”
Another said: “That’s great. Nice way to make use of seized cars.”
