Celebrating the First Year of Lamborghini Lugano Dealership: A Year of Excellence

Lamborghini Lugano celebrates its first anniversary with an event at Villa Heleneum. Stephan Winkelmann, CEO of Lamborghini, highlighted the success of the past year and introduced the new Urus SE hybrid SUV to Swiss customers.

Lamborghini Lugano has been serving and welcoming customers and enthusiasts of the brand for over a year now. To mark this milestone, Stephan Winkelmann, Chairman and CEO of Lamborghini, along with representatives from Lamborghini Lugano Sports Cars Sales & Service AG, hosted an anniversary event for the company’s customers at Villa Heleneum, a stunning venue overlooking Lake Lugano. This celebration also coincided with the market launch of the Urus SE in Switzerland.

Stephan Winkelmann expressed his gratitude during the event, stating, “It is a great honor for me to celebrate the one-year anniversary of Lamborghini Lugano together with our customers at this outstanding location.

The last twelve months have been a great success for us, not only in Switzerland but overall. We can look back on the successful launch of the HPEV Revuelto and the recently-presented Urus SE Super SUV, the most powerful car in its segment. With these two hybrid models, we have realized important objectives of the Direzione Cor Tauri.

At the same time, the orders we have received show us our customers really appreciate the approach we are taking to bring luxury and performance into the future.”

The Urus SE, introduced at the event, boasts a new 800 CV hybrid powertrain, revised aerodynamics, a fresh design, and cutting-edge technological solutions. It surpasses its predecessor, the Urus S, in terms of comfort, performance, efficiency, emissions, and driving pleasure, thanks to its dual power sources.

The combination of a combustion engine and an electric motor delivers exceptional torque and performance, giving the Urus SE a unique standing in its segment while achieving an 80 percent reduction in emissions.

The Swiss premiere of the Urus SE in Bianco Sapphirus was a highlight of the event. Lamborghini also showcased the 1015 hp Revuelto, the brand’s first V12 super sports plug-in hybrid HPEV. One Revuelto was even displayed on a raft floating on the lake, set against a picturesque backdrop of mountains and water.

Villa Heleneum, part of the Bally Foundation, hosted its first-ever automotive event with this exclusive celebration. Around 100 VIP guests enjoyed the anniversary festivities, embodying the true Lamborghini lifestyle amid the villa and its beautiful park.
