Fresh off its victory at the Chantilly Arts & Elegance Richard Mille, where it captured the public prize, Bugatti’s Tourbillon made a spectacular debut in Doha.
The city, known for its blend of contemporary luxury and rich Eastern traditions, served as a fitting stage for Bugatti’s latest hyper sports car, which impressed both select guests and media during a week-long showcase.

Set in the stunning Al Hikman Courtyard at Katara Cultural Village, the Tourbillon’s debut embodied a perfect mix of tradition and modernity. Framed by Doha’s iconic architecture, the event highlighted not just the car’s refined beauty but also Bugatti’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of innovation and design.
The car’s unveiling in Qatar symbolized the brand’s connection to both history and creativity, much like Bugatti’s own legacy in Molsheim, France.
Kostas Psarris, Bugatti’s Regional Director for the Middle East and Asia, emphasized Qatar’s special significance for the brand, linking the country’s appreciation for luxury and innovation with Bugatti’s avant-garde spirit. Psarris described the Tourbillon as a reflection of Bugatti’s vision for the future, blending timeless design with cutting-edge performance.
During its time in Doha, the Tourbillon was displayed in various iconic locations, including the bustling Mina District at Doha Port, which echoes the spirit of Bugatti’s craftsmanship.
Inspired by three legendary Bugatti models—the Type 57SC Atlantic, the Type 35, and the Type 41 Royale—the Tourbillon embodies 115 years of heritage. Signature design elements like the horseshoe grille and the Bugatti Line evoke these iconic cars, while the hypercar’s dual-color split and central ridge mark its modern evolution.
The Tourbillon also graced Al Maha Island, a leisure destination known for its vibrant energy, and made a striking appearance in the stark beauty of the Zekreet Desert, where the car’s sleek design stood in bold contrast to the natural landscape.
These diverse settings showcased the car’s adaptability and underlined its philosophy of “Form Follows Performance.” Bugatti’s latest hyper sports car pushes the limits of both style and speed, embodying the brand’s relentless pursuit of perfection.
In a final stop at the grand Mosque Twenty Seven in Doha, the Tourbillon’s elegant lines resonated with the mosque’s architectural beauty, highlighting the harmony between form and function—a core principle for both Bugatti and the mosque’s design.
The Bugatti Tourbillon, limited to just 250 hand-crafted units, will enter production at the iconic Atelier in Molsheim, France, with deliveries set to begin in 2026. These extraordinary vehicles will follow the final W16-powered Bugatti models, the Bolide and W16 Mistral, marking the next chapter in the brand’s legacy of peerless craftsmanship and performance.
