BMW Motorrad has expanded its Heritage range with the launch of the BMW R 12 S, a sporty retro motorcycle that honors the legendary R 90 S. Combining classic design with modern performance, the R 12 S brings the spirit of its 1973 predecessor into the present day while offering advanced features and customization options.
Inspired by the original R 90 S, which gained fame for its racing victories and innovative handlebar fairing, the R 12 S echoes its iconic styling.

Highlights include a Lavaorange metallic finish reminiscent of the R 90 S Daytona Orange, a tinted cockpit fairing, contrast-stitched seat, and red accents on the side covers.
The R 12 S is built for a premium riding experience with standard features like Option 719 Classic II wheels, Billet packs, adaptive Headlight Pro for cornering, Shift Assistant Pro, Hill Start Control, and Cruise Control.
Optional factory-installed upgrades include Intelligent Emergency Call and Connected Ride Control, while accessories like titanium exhausts and navigation mounts allow riders to customize their bike further.
