The certification, based on a rigorous HR Best Practices Survey, evaluates six key areas, including People Strategy, Work Environment, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), and Wellbeing.

Lamborghini’s holistic commitment is exemplified by its Feelosophy well-being program, founded on body, mind, and purpose. Launched in 2021, it offers fitness, mental health, preventive healthcare, and corporate responsibility initiatives to ensure a balanced and supportive workplace.
The company has introduced advanced DEI efforts, such as the Universi da esplorare training program and certifications in gender equality. These are complemented by anti-discrimination policies and campaigns that promote inclusive language and challenge stereotypes.
